We had great fun making festive wreaths, shaker cards and decorating tea light jars in this relaxing session.

There was a busy, productive atmosphere and people of all ages and abilities were very pleased with their creations.  Small children and Senior Citizens, with a spread of ages in between, attended this free-of-charge session and all materials were provided, which is how we intend to continue in the New Year.

Choosing what to put on the wreaths and how to decorate cards and jars were the highlights of the session and we enjoyed chatting and laughing together as we worked.  People commented about how pleasantly and quickly the time flew by.

Why not join us for our next CREATIVE CRAFT event on Saturday, 20th January from 10.30 am until 12.30 pm, in Jewels, 6 Bedford Square, Houghton Regis (opposite Poundstretcher).  We plan to use embossing to create textured items, for example, cards, bookmarks and decorative paper/pictures.  Also, to create Winter Characters and Suncatchers.

I work by providing a safe, confidential space where people can bring their feelings and thoughts and work at their own pace. My aim is to be supportive and compassionate while helping people see aspects of their situation they haven't already considered. I aim to adapt my approach to every unique individual's particular wishes, needs and circumstances. For example, I offer the opportunity to work creatively and/or look at past experiences or how someone thinks and feels in 'the here and now'.
