We had an interesting time discussing ways to improve our well-being and bring down stress levels.  It was great to hear the different perspectives people had on what it means to feel well and unwell, and we shared our experiences in a supportive, relaxing atmosphere while enjoying the chance to chat while drinking hot beverages.

What came across to us was the way talking to each other was helping to put us all in a good mood, and we shared how we felt with understanding and acceptance.  One of the topics we discussed was how to reduce stress and anxiety levels, and I felt I learned more about this from our meeting together.

If you would like, you can download the worksheet we used to work through it yourself.

Rachel Honeyford

I work by providing a safe, confidential space where people can bring their feelings and thoughts and work at their own pace. My aim is to be supportive and compassionate while helping people see aspects of their situation they haven't already considered. I aim to adapt my approach to every unique individual's particular wishes, needs and circumstances. For example, I offer the opportunity to work creatively and/or look at past experiences or how someone thinks and feels in 'the here and now'.
