We had a fun, relaxing time at our Creative Craft event in Jewels on Saturday morning.

One of the activities was quilling, and even some people who had never tried this before had a go, and enjoyed it, as you will see from the photograph!  Another activity which children especially enjoyed was decorating paper and wooden figures; they loved making them colourful and used rainbow colours which really popped.   The adults liked decorating small wooden figures as well, and we commented that this activity had really ‘grabbed us’ that morning.

We are taking our August break from Creative Craft, but would love to see you on Saturday, 16th September, when one of the activities will be decorating jars/bottles and using fairy lights to make them shine.

I work by providing a safe, confidential space where people can bring their feelings and thoughts and work at their own pace. My aim is to be supportive and compassionate while helping people see aspects of their situation they haven't already considered. I aim to adapt my approach to every unique individual's particular wishes, needs and circumstances. For example, I offer the opportunity to work creatively and/or look at past experiences or how someone thinks and feels in 'the here and now'.
